Before her current role as Senior Director in Global Impact, where she spearheads enterprise DEI strategy, Suheily successfully drove strategic diversity initiatives within the United States.

Suheily has also cultivated strong relationships with crucial DEI stakeholders and teams worldwide, positioning McDonald’s to advance strategic priorities while effectively leading the teams responsible for this vital work.
