McDonald’s has promoted Suheily Natal Davis to VP and chief Diversity Officer. She will lead the enterprise’s Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy in this role.
Suheily boasts a significant history of advocating for inclusion and fostering authentic conversations within corporate spaces. Before her current role as Senior Director in Global Impact, where she spearheads enterprise DEI strategy, Suheily successfully drove strategic diversity initiatives within the United States.
Her focus on empowering a culture of inclusion and belonging among our employee population has been instrumental. Suheily has also cultivated strong relationships with crucial DEI stakeholders and teams worldwide, positioning McDonald’s to advance strategic priorities while effectively leading the teams responsible for this vital work.
