Emma Rodriguez-Ayala has been promoted to EVP, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), and General Counsel of Ariel Investments.
In her expanded role, she oversees operations, technology, legal, compliance, and risk after serving as Ariel’s General Counsel.
As CAO, she collaborates with the Co-CEO and President on the firm’s administrative and operational strategy and execution.
Rodriguez-Ayala continues to serve as Board Secretary of Ariel Investments and Ariel Alternatives.
