Title: Assistant Director of Pipeline Marketing for Global Enrollment Management and Student Success

Stephany Ramirez is a higher education and K-12 education specialist with over a decade of experience in education policy, market research, enrollment management, recruitment, admissions, retention, program management, and grassroots organizing. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in the sociology of education at NYU, holds a master’s degree in enrollment management and policy from the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the State University of New York College at Old Westbury.

Ramirez presently serves as assistant director of pipeline marketing for global enrollment management and student success at New York University. She develops and oversees integrated marketing campaigns to engage middle school, high school, and post-traditional-aged students to promote pathways to NYU across more than 160 programs.

Prior to working at NYU, she led a college success program for a regionally recognized and award-winning organization, providing first-generation students with comprehensive support once they enrolled in college to ensure they remained in school, graduated on time, and developed community partnerships. She designed mechanisms to ensure her students were prepared to enter careers with the knowledge and skills necessary for success.

Ramirez also managed enrollment across seven schools and markets for a New York City-based and nationally-recognized K-12 public charter school network with 47 locations. She utilized data-driven marketing, recruitment, outreach, and engagement tactics tailored to specific market demographics to seat over 35,000 students during her tenure, often collaborating across departments to share best practices and lead training.
