Carlos Santana is a vice president and relationship manager in the New York City market for business banking at Bank of America. His responsibilities include providing advisory and banking services for credit, treasury, trade, foreign exchange, equipment finance, and merchant services to a portfolio of companies with annual revenues of $5 million to $50 million. 

Santana’s mission is to help local companies thrive by understanding their values and core objectives and providing them with strategic solutions, valuable resources, and financial guidance to achieve their goals. With nearly 14 years of financial services experience, Santana joined Bank of America in 2010 at the New York City flagship financial center. Throughout his tenure, he has held various roles in consumer and small business client management, serving a range of small to mid-sized companies throughout metropolitan New York and supporting their commercial banking needs.

He is committed to making an impact in the community and passionately supports diversity and inclusion efforts across the firm. He leads the social responsibility strategy for the NYC Hispanic Latino Business Council and most recently coordinated a series of financial literacy events across various local chambers of commerce. He also mentors junior associates and volunteers with numerous nonprofit organizations focused on underserved communities, building affordable housing, and protecting the environment.

Santana graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Queens College. He was born and raised in New York City, where he currently resides.
