Jose Luis Prado is executive advisor partner and investor with Wind Point Partners, based in Chicago. He is also chairman of Tropicale Foods, the leader in Hispanic frozen novelties in the United States, and vice chairman of Benestar/Evans Food Group, owned by Highlander Partners in Dallas, Texas.
Prado is also former president of Quaker Oats North America, a $2.7 billion division of PepsiCo Inc. The first Mexican to lead a major PepsiCo business in North America, Prado retired from PepsiCo in 2014 after a 30-year career spanning six countries and two continents.
