She has completed the SHRM Essentials of HR Management and applied program management certificates from Northwestern University School of Professional Studies and the mastering sales certificate program from the Kellogg School of Management Executive Education. Cambron Perez grew up on the Northwest side of Chicago. She is one of three siblings and when she’s not in her office she is making conchas in her family’s business, Panaderia Taximaroa, a Mexican bakery that has been in the Chicagoland area for over 25 years.
