Ana Serafin is a seasoned communications management leader with nearly two decades of experience in public relations, specializing in retail, tech, and consumer packaged goods industries. As vice president of communications for the Americas region, Serafin oversees communications and public relations operations while driving sales across the region, focusing on the U.S. market and opening new markets in South America.

Serafin’s achievements include spearheading the launch of Dyson Airstrait, the largest global hot tool product, with a $1.2 million budget. She also managed a $2 million influencer budget, ensuring Dyson remained trending during key seasonal and cultural moments. Under her leadership, brand awareness increased by 15% yearly, and she directed a 360 marketing communication plan in collaboration with the Grammy’s 2024 as the official sponsor, promoting Dyson Zone. Additionally, Serafin developed strategic open-market communications for Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Ecuador.

Previously, Serafin held significant roles in corporate and agency settings, supporting major retail sector clients such as Dyson, Gap Inc., Ulta Beauty, and others. Her expertise encompasses strategic counsel, crisis management, corporate initiatives, executive visibility, and consumer and media activations.

Serafin’s career began on the agency side, where she worked on award-winning, multicultural public relations campaigns for leading brands like Walmart and Wrigley Jr. Company. She also managed consumer media relations and social media programs for MillerCoors, Constellation Brands, and Nintendo.

Ana holds a master’s degree in public relations and advertising from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Based in Chicago, she resides with her daughter Mila and two dogs, Apollo and Feliz. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Serafin brings a rich multicultural perspective to her work and life.
