Wearing the hat of many titles as, Owner, entrepreneur, Consultant where he oversees 4 restaurants including Little Tijuana, Deltas, Envy Bar & Grille, and King Brasa, he also shares the title of Owner with his partnerships in Little Dubai and Made in Miami Bar & Bistro. As a restauranteur, James has built out 3 restaurants and is the process of building out 4 more from the ground up this year. Taking an innovative approach into operations in hospitality has allowed James to continue to grow and build out successful concepts in New Jersey with the high hopes of expanding into other states and brands. James is on the board for Uplight Outreach entrepreneur program, The culinary board for students and Marion P Thomas school in newark NJ, and Latino chamber of Commerce.
Saturday Hospitality Group and its affiliated partners are taking over the restaurant and lounge scenes in New Jersey with their creative concepts and ventures. James’s mother emigrated from Colombia and his father from Cuba.
