Leveraging his wealth of experience and visionary leadership, Berber guides his team in delivering tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses across diverse industries.
As a founding member of the Executive Latino Council, Berber understands its mission to empower clients with connections and capabilities that strengthen every aspect of their business. He ensures they have all the necessary growth tools and take care of their employees.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Berber remains deeply committed to community engagement and advocacy. He actively supports organizations dedicated to advancing the interests of the Latino community, serving as a Board Director for the Northwest Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and as a Board Auxiliary for Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement. Through these roles, Berber champions impactful initiatives to promote economic empowerment and professional advancement.
Furthermore, Berber continues contributing to non-profit endeavors by assisting in fundraising efforts through marathon campaigns. Currently, he is collaborating with Latinos Progresando for their marathon and Humboldt Park Health for their half marathon, furthering his commitment to supporting community-driven initiatives.
