Born in Chicago to immigrant parents from Mexico, raised in Cicero, Higareda values his upbringing for instilling in him important life perspectives and fostering values that he applies in both business and family life as a Mexican-American.

With nearly 15 years of experience, Higareda’s career encompasses all facets of branch management, including operations, strategic planning, coaching and development, relationship management, and employee engagement. He began his journey with JPMorgan Chase and Byline Bank, progressing from teller to branch manager, earning numerous promotions along the way and acquiring the skills necessary to provide clients with exceptional banking experiences.

Managing branches across diverse markets, from high-net-worth areas to underserved communities like Pilsen, has shaped Higareda’s character and honed his competitive edge. Leveraging his wealth of experience, he assists clients in effectively achieving their financial goals, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor in the banking industry. As a first-generation Latino, Higareda recognizes the importance of hard work, persistence, dedication, and compassion in overcoming life’s challenges.
