Yesenia Miranda is a purpose driven leader and community advocate dedicated to expanding access, opportunity, and mentorship across Chicagoland. As Regional Director for Property Acquisition – Connected Communities at AT&T, she leads the Greater Lakes market, expanding broadband access to multi-dwelling and residential communities. Previously serving as Associate Director of National Operations, she drove initiatives focused on bridging the digital divide, launched operational innovations including a new business vertical, and built a national support infrastructure that enhanced service delivery and scalability. Her work goes beyond corporate leadership and infrastructure- it creates opportunities and long-term impact for families throughout the region.

Yesenia serves as Chicago Chapter President of HACEMOS, AT&T’s Latino and inclusive employee resource group and nonprofit organization. Under her leadership, the Chicago chapter awarded $14,000 in scholarships in 2025 and hosted its first 5K to build sustainable support for future scholars. HACEMOS nationally has awarded over $5 million in scholarships since 1998. She also prioritizes mentorship for high school students, hosting High Tech Day experiences, workshops, and leadership panels that give students direct exposure to technology careers and the confidence to see themselves in spaces they may not have imagined. She understands that visibility creates belief- and belief fuels action.

A proud first-generation American Chicago Native, Yesenia’s passion for mentorship is deeply personal. Growing up without access to guidance or resources, she is committed to ensuring Chicagoland students and families understand that access to technology, opportunity, and mentorship is not exclusive — it is deserved.

As a single mother of five, she embodies presence, resilience, and grace, demonstrating that professional achievement, family leadership, and community leadership are interconnected. Her vision is for Chicago to lead as a national example in youth mentorship, encouragement and development, ensuring students gain firsthand exposure to the resources and networks that shape their own future.
