When Bob Ontiveros began selling packaging materials out of the back of his family station wagon in 1974, he never could have imagined that 50 years later, his company—now known as Group O—would evolve into a multi-faceted business process outsourcer supporting Fortune 500 companies with packaging, supply chain, payment technologies and incentive marketing solutions. Although Group O has expanded in services and footprint, one thing has remained constant—the leadership and involvement of the Ontiveros family. Now, with a third generation making an impact, Group O is positioned for continued success.
As Associate Vice President of Business Development, Will Ontiveros is driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding client partnerships, and strengthening Group O’s market presence in supply chain and marketing solutions. With a deep understanding of logistics, kitting and assembly, inventory management and procurement, payment technologies and marketing incentives he has played a critical role in developing customized solutions that optimize efficiency and reduce costs for high-volume clients across multiple verticals.
During his tenure, Ontiveros has overseen and onboarded large-scale supply chain operations, managing over $300m in annual recurring revenue, managing teams of 400+ employees, optimizing on-hand inventory valued between $20M–$50M, and driving efficiencies across procurement, distribution, and supplier networks. His leadership has enhanced Group O’s ability to deliver scalable solutions, ensuring clients achieve greater operational agility and risk mitigation.
Additionally, Ontiveros has taken a leadership role in the Group O’s incentive marketing division overseeing the design and execution of reward and rebate programs designed to drive customer acquisition and retention for the world’s largest brands. With a strategic vision rooted in innovation and continuous improvement, Will Ontiveros is not only carrying forward his family’s legacy but also shaping the future of Group O. His ability to blend technology, process optimization, and customer-focused solutions ensures that Group O remains a trusted partner in an ever-evolving industry.
