Andrea Cicola serves as a Senior Manager of Client Partnerships at PACO Collective, a cross-cultural marketing agency where she works with clients looking to speak to diverse audiences in an authentic and meaningful way. Some clients include ComEd, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Discover Financial, Carl Budigg and the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
Born and raised in Colombia, Cicola received her degree in Business Administration in her hometown, Pereira. She then moved to Chicago to be exposed to a more diverse way of thinking. Upon arriving in Chicago, she experienced first-hand the struggles that immigrants and people of color face as they try to advance in their profession in a new country. But she didn’t let the struggle define who she was or to limit her dreams.
Today, Cicola continues to be a strong and proud Latina who uses her story to inspire others. When she is not working on her corporate job, she serves to mentor job seekers and college students at Upwardly Global and AIESEC. She also serves as co-lead for Latinista Chicago, an organization helping women of all backgrounds garner career development and business skills.
As an advocate for diversity, equality and inclusion as well as female empowerment and career development she is committed to helping others embrace their authenticity by providing guidance and resources to support professional and personal growth.
