As Vice President of Sports and Entertainment Marketing at Chase, Ramon Rodriguez oversees a team that manages the hospitality assets for JPMorgan Chase’s sponsorship venues and co-leads the sponsorship engagement with the Atlanta Hawks, leading the Community Partnership initiatives. Prior to his current role, Ramon was the lead diversity campus recruiter for Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking businesses. He oversaw initiatives to ensure that Chase hired and retained top talent across U.S. colleges and universities. In addition, Ramon was the Hispanic Segment lead of JPMorgan Chase’s Campus Diversity Workstream, helping to develop and deliver initiatives globally to attract Hispanic candidates. Ramon received the INROADS South Central Region Business Coordinator of The Year award in this role. Ramon began his career on the Chase Teller Recruiting team, overseeing recruiting efforts for more than 400 Northeast branches.

For the past six years, Ramon has served on the Adelante Tri-State, the firm’s Business Resource Group supporting the professional development and leadership opportunities for Hispanic and Latino employee’s, leadership team as Chair Emeritus, Co-Chair, and Marketing Chair. Ramon is currently part of the JPMorgan Chase & Co. Rutgers Leadership team. He was part of the JPMorgan Chase & Co. Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) Steering Committee. He served as Vice President of Student Affairs and Community Service for the ALPFA NJ Chapter. Ramon’s leadership involvement has helped the career development of 20,000 + professionals and college students.

Ramon received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Sociology from Rutgers University, where he was recognized with six leadership awards and seven academic scholarships. He was a founding brother of the Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity, Inc. Rutgers-Newark Beta Delta Chapter. Ramon enjoys playing baseball and football, traveling, and cooking.
