Peter is a highly skilled professional program director with extensive experience in all areas of operations, including: call center performance management, policy and procedure development, training, customer service, profit and loss reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance. Prior to that, he was the Director of Consumer Services, where his policies and procedures for all public utility customer service and regulatory operations resulted in over $15 million in direct savings to consumers.
