Bio: Desiray Villagrana Glass’ ambition to promote Latinos in the workplace and serve her community comes from a drive instilled in her by her family to help others. She is an Initiatives Manager at JLL, a professional services and investment management real-estate firm. There, she manages a national program for Bank of America, serving as a key resource to facility managers across the country.

Glass is committed to supporting diversity and inclusion at JLL and knows the importance of giving back to the communities where employees live and work. She is the Chicago lead and chair for JLL’s Latino Employee Resource Network and coordinates JLL’s Junior Achievement program. Glass also organizes the firm’s largest volunteer event with Chicago Cares and organizes a back-to-school drive for employees with Casa Central.

She previously worked for a boutique real estate firm, Zeller Realty Group, where she oversaw and managed the company’s suburban portfolio.

Glass is a graduate of North Park University in Chicago, where she majored in business administration with a minor in organizational leadership and management. She is also a proud member of the National Omicron-Psi Honor Society, which honors academic and community leadership. She serves as a member of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) Young Professionals Board.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her three daughters and husband, salsa dancing and traveling to Michigan to spend time with extended family.
