Chicago,  14 October – (HINA Wire) – PNC Bank is supporting Negocios Now in expanding its acclaimed Latinos 40 under 40™ program nationwide, sponsoring the debut edition in Houston.

“Bringing this program to Houston has long been a dream of Negocios Now, and PNC is helping us make it a reality,” said publisher Clemente Nicado.

Launched in Chicago in 2015, the program now spans five regions: New York City, San Francisco/Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, and, most recently, Houston.

“Houston is home to a vibrant Hispanic community that contributes across every sector of society and plays a significant role in the city’s economic and cultural life,” Nicado added.

The Houston honorees include business owners, corporate executives, artists, finance leaders, a philanthropist, and outstanding individuals in various fields, including technology.

“We are proud to partner with PNC, an organization that has demonstrated a strong commitment to nurturing new generations of Latino leaders and small businesses—leaders who, despite significant challenges, continue to thrive and strengthen the national economy,” Nicado said.

With the addition of the Houston cohort, Negocios Now will have recognized 760 Latino leaders nationwide since the program’s inception.

Founded by Clemente Nicado, a former international correspondent and Chicago Tribune journalist, Negocios Now is a national award-winning publication dedicated to highlighting the achievements of the Hispanic business community.

“The list is as strong as the Hispanic community in Houston,” Nicado emphasized. “I am deeply grateful to all the organizations and leaders who helped us identify these remarkable individuals and celebrate their accomplishments.”  The awards ceremony is scheduled for November 13 in Houston.
