Paula Cevallos serves as Vice President of External Affairs for ALPFA San Francisco and Associate Director of Alumni Professional Engagement at UC Berkeley. A seasoned leader in alumni relations and career development, she drives high-impact initiatives that expand access, visibility, and opportunity for underrepresented communities in higher education and beyond. At UC Berkeley, she leads the university’s alumni-student mentorship strategy and professional development efforts within My Berkeley, the institution’s flagship alumni engagement platform. 

Her portfolio includes designing mentorship programs, cultivating alumni networks, and advising campus partners on building tailored mentorship initiatives that meet the needs of diverse student populations. She also serves as a strategic contributor to the UC Alumni Career Network (UC ACN), which connects alumni across the 10-campus system to career insights and lifelong learning.

In her executive leadership role at ALPFA San Francisco, Paula directs the organization’s communications, marketing, and oversees the events strategy. She shapes the narrative and strategic messaging that elevates ALPFA’s mission to advance Latino leadership across industries and sectors.
