Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement

Mota serves as the president and CEO for the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement, leading strategy, fundraising and development, professional leadership programs, and expanding organizational reach on a national scale. She increased the operating budget by 40% in less than two years of taking her new role, and by nearly 70% in fewer than 3 years, bringing in $2.5 million in new corporate partnerships and increasing membership from 35,000 to 77,000.

She expanded leadership programming to more than 10 cities in the U.S., including Los Angeles, Miami, New York and Washington, D.C.

She is Mexican-American, grew up in East Chicago, Indiana, and currently resides in Chicago.
