Noemi Luna is the President of Prado L Construction, DBA Prado Construction Experts, a Chicago based minority  and women owned general contracting firm specializing in residential and commercial renovations. Since founding the company in 2022, Noemi has focused on building not only quality spaces, but long term relationships grounded in trust, honesty, and doing things the right way even when no one is watching.

Prado Construction Experts self performs interior renovations, masonry, and concrete work, allowing the company to maintain consistent standards and hands-on oversight. Alongside her husband and dedicated team, Noemi works closely with homeowners, investors, property managers, and business owners throughout Chicago. She believes that strong results come from strong people, and she values the team behind her just as much as the projects in front of her. As her company grows, so does her commitment to creating opportunities for her team to grow with it.
