Chicago, June 30 – Negocios Now is publishing a list of Latinos in Philanthropy in the special edition of Who’s Who in Hispanic Business, which will be unveiled during its annual gala on July 19 at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park Hotel.
Most of those on the list were recognized with the Corazón in Philanthropy award, instituted by Cabrera Capital, Angeles Investors, and Croke Fairchild Duarte & Bares, and presented at a ceremony at the Chicago Club last March.
“I want to congratulate Martin Cabrera, David Olivencia, Adela Cepeda, and Lisa Duarte for this initiative and for allowing us to include this list in our efforts to highlight extraordinary Hispanics,” said Nicado.
“Although Negocios Now reported on this initiative in its April edition, we considered it important to publish the complete list in this annual edition to recognize those who make a difference in our country through noble causes. This list pays tribute to all those who, in one way or another, open their charitable hearts to the community from which they come,” he said.
“We commend this initiative and encourage others to join the countless Latinos who show their generosity, often anonymously, where it is most needed,” said Nicado.
As part of its Who’s Who edition and Gala, Negocios Now publishes over 200 leader profiles in Business, Government, Media, Nonprofits, Philanthropy, and Real Estate. Recently, the publication announced a list of ‘50 Powerful Hispanics in Corporate.”
Since 2014, Negocios Now has recognized thousands of Hispanic leaders in different fields. It is celebrating its 17th anniversary as a unique publication focused on the Latino business and professional community.
Who’s Who special edition will be presented during Negocios Now’s Gala on July 19 at Fairmont Chicago Millennial Park. Tickets are still available at NegociosNow.com/Whoiswho
