CHICAGO — Negocios Now is preparing to launch a new edition of “100 Latino Nonprofits,” an initiative created five years ago to spotlight Latino-led nonprofit organizations, amplify their missions and help them connect with potential donors, partners and supporters.

As in previous years, the special edition will be published in December and distributed in both print and digital formats throughout the Chicago area and to Negocios Now subscribers nationwide.

“We are pleased to announce that we are working on another edition highlighting these organizations, some of which are crucial in providing services to members of our community who may otherwise have difficulty finding or accessing them through traditional institutions or government programs,” said Clemente Nicado, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Negocios Now.

The 2026 edition will be supported by Wintrust, ComEd and BMO, with additional sponsors expected to be announced soon.

Negocios Now is also inviting corporations and businesses to become sponsors of the initiative. Sponsorships will help support the publication of the special edition while providing sponsors with opportunities for visibility and editorial coverage throughout the year, connecting them with the Latino business and community audience through quality journalism and storytelling.

The initiative comes as Latino nonprofits continue to play an important role in addressing needs in areas such as education, workforce development, health, economic opportunity, immigration services, youth programs, and community development.

The December edition will also mark a historic period for Negocios Now as the publication continues its 20th Anniversary Campaign, which will culminate in July 2027 with a special anniversary gala in the City of Chicago.

Founded in 2006, Negocios Now has spent two decades covering, connecting, and celebrating the Latino business community. The anniversary campaign will include a series of initiatives and events throughout the year, recognizing the people, businesses and organizations that have contributed to the growth and success of the Latino community.

Negocios Now, one of the most awarded Hispanic business publications in the United States, has significantly expanded its reach through its digital platform. During the first six months of 2026, the publication generated more than 7 million digital impressions, further expanding its ability to connect organizations, businesses, and community leaders with a growing national audience.
