Chicago, IL February 7— Negocios Now announces today their second list of Latinos 40 Under 40 in Chicago, to be celebrated with a special digital edition and an event in March 2, at Mago Grill & Cantina, 1010 Delano Cr. in Chicago.
The 40 recipients were selected after a five-month nomination and selection process, and they represent business, government, nonprofits, politics, sports and education, among other fields.
“Latinos 40 Under 40” is the publication’s initiative to recognize outstanding members of the young generation of Latinos in the Chicago area. In 2014 the publication celebrated Hispanic leadership by launching the first Who’s Who in Hispanic Chicago, a Special Edition and Gala event at the Chicago Cultural Center.
The Millennial sponsor of the March 2 event is Remy Martin. Other sponsors include Wintrust Bank and the Mexican Tourism Boar, among others.
“It’s an honor and a privilege to showcase the positive contributions of these young Latinos, many of which are millennials,” says Clemente Nicado, publisher and editor in chief of Nicado Publishing Company, owner of Negocios Now. “These special men and women who are truly paving the way for future Hispanic generations to admire and follow.”
