Luchy Manjarres Cohen launched clothing brand, LUCHY DESIGNS, which aims to meld fashion and art through a bold line of exclusive handcrafted jackets which she combines a variety of textile materials and precious stones with paintings.

Luchy Designs has been showcased on the runway in 2018, supporting the Live Out Loud Charity and the Latino Fashion Show. Luchy’s self-made attitude keeps her colorfully engaged audience connected to empowering women’s freedom of expression.

Former Studio Art and Art Theory graduate, from her hometown in Barranquilla, Colombia, Luchy’s admiration for landscape painting has transformed itself into a palette of innovation. After receiving her BA in Psychology, Luchy’s mission progressed to serve others by helping them to discover their highest potential.

Chicago is Luchy’s stomping grounds from which she bore her dream in 2011 and opened Sorelle Boutique, Salon and Spa. The spa offers the latest beauty trends such as dipping powder manicures, seamless balayage hair color transformations, ultrasound facial peels, and microblading.  

As for her wildly talented team of professionals and her risk-taking clients, Luchy feels blessed to learn from them and continuously works with their needs and eclectic passions to ensure that her business grows into a landscape of opportunity for everyone.

Luchy has participated in Chicago Fashion Fest, Do Division, Hair Wars and hosting several fashion and beauty events where Sorelle’s successful in the Wicker Park community continues to thrive.
