She is the founder of Teamficient, an organization dedicated to connecting employers with talented professionals and promoting workplace diversity.
As the former owner of Nova Driving School, Mayra Khan’s dedication and hard work successfully transformed the company from a small family-run business into a thriving medium-sized corporate enterprise. Under her leadership, the school’s revenue growth and expansion to additional locations were highly visible, and it gained significant recognition across the state. By the time of Mayra’s exit in 2022, Nova Driving School had established a strong market presence, creating more employment opportunities and extending its services to a wider community.”
Additionally, Khan serves on the Executive Chamber Directors of the Little Village Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Directors of Centro Romero, a nonprofit organization committed to community empowerment and social change.
Khan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador and is a graduate from the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative-Education Scaling program at Stanford University’s School of Business.
