Prior to launching MLC Consulting, Mathias led national-level work and built a track record of delivering exceptional partner experiences through thoughtful planning, strong problem-solving, and consistent follow-through. Clients rely on MLC to navigate organizational change, strengthen leadership capacity, and build cultures of connection that improve service delivery.

Mathias Lemos Castillo is passionate about fostering diversity and growth as an inclusive and compassionate advocate working collectively with others to create positive impact. Mathias started his business at the age of 25 and has worked with organizations, businesses, and government in the state of Wisconsin and nationally. Mathias currently lives in Berkeley, CA and is committed to creating impactful engagement strategies that support growth and center the voices of those under-heard. Since its founding, MLC Consulting has been recognized for its contributions to the community, including being named a City of Madison MLK Humanitarian Awardee at the age of 27.
