The company is on track to open 30 clubs by 2030.

Lucas previously served as Chief Financial Officer at GlacierGrid, a climate tech company focused on energy optimization for the food retail sector. At GlacierGrid, he oversaw finance, operations, and business strategy, securing over $7 million in funding, building financial infrastructure, and helping the company reach an $80 million post-money valuation. His leadership contributed to a 40% improvement in customer retention, a $300k monthly burn reduction, and successful negotiations with the U.S. Department of Energy for a $200M financing facility.

Lucas began his career in political consulting and social entrepreneurship, founding MUSA, a digital platform that helped over 1,000 emerging artists exhibit work across nontraditional venues. A Fulbright Scholar, Lucas holds a Master’s in Development Practice from UC Berkeley, where he was selected for the Haas Socially Responsible Investment Fund and completed internships at SASB and in regenerative agriculture research.
