With over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, her work has consistently centered on housing policy and economic mobility, advocating for policies that reduce barriers and expand wealth-building opportunities for underserved communities. Throughout her career, she has worked tirelessly to ensure that disadvantaged groups are given the chance to thrive and prosper.

In her current role as Government Affairs Manager at Lowe’s Companies, Lisette leads state and local government affairs across the western United States, where she plays a key role in shaping the company’s public policy strategies. 

Previously, she served as Director of Public Policy at Rocket Companies, where she managed stakeholder engagement, advocacy initiatives, and housing policy strategy. She also played a pivotal role in advancing equitable lending practices for the Latino community and helped launch Fair Housing and DEI programs at the California Association of REALTORS®.

Lisette holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from California State University, East Bay, and is an alum of the Hispanas Organized for Political Equality (HOPE) Leadership Institute, a distinguished program dedicated to advancing Latina civic leadership. She is based in Sacramento, California, where she lives with her husband and son.
