Nicado Publishing company announced today that its celebration of Negocios Now’s 2016 Latinos 40 under 40 will be held March 2 at Mago Grill & Cantina – Roosevelt Collection.
This will be the second year in row that Negocios Now hosts this event to recognize an outstanding generation of young Latinos in the Chicago area.
The 40 Latino leaders were nominated by the community via website or by recommendations.
“Once again we will have an amazing selection of young Latino leaders that deserve recognition for all that they are doing for our community or their outstanding professional achievements,” said Clemente Nicado, Publisher and CEO. “They are an inspiration, not only for the generation to come, but also for those Latinos who have worked hard to pave the way for them.”
The company received more than 70 nominations this year and will disclose the 40 finalists next week.
The honorees will receive their awards during the event. As the Millennial Sponsor, Remy Martin will give a special recognition to two multi-talented Latinos for their personal and professional success as well as their support to the community
Remy Martin, with the launch of its exciting new global campaign, “One life/live them,” will serve as the Negocios Now 40 Under 40 Millennial Sponsor for the second year in a row, highlighting the accomplishments of Chicago’s young Latino leaders.
“We are looking forward to having another fun and unforgettable event with our amazing young Latinos,” Nicado said.
During the event, Mago Grill & Cantina, which opened last summer, will be home to great food, Remy Martin cognac, Mariachis, raffles, Latin music, and networking opportunities for and with the new generation of leaders in the Chicago area. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased online.
