Kimberlyt Dayana is the Manager of Operations & Engagements for The National Hispanic Corporate Council (NHCC), an organization dedicated to convening leaders to Connect. Learn. Share. Network. NHCC focuses on thought leadership, best practices, strategies, and resources for developing talent, enhancing customer and supplier relationships, strengthening community ties, and advancing Employee Resource Group (ERG) strategies. In her role, Kimberlyt plays a pivotal part in shaping the direction and success of the organization.
Since joining NHCC in March 2022, Kimberlyt has overseen a wide range of responsibilities, including daily operations, strategic planning, communications, event and meeting planning, graphic design, social media management, and research and outreach. Additionally, she serves as the Program Manager for NHCC’s Leadership & Executive Accelerator Program (LEAP!). LEAP, powered by NHCC, is an executive leadership program designed to amplify, cultivate, and elevate corporate leaders, preparing them for greater leadership opportunities in their organizations.
Kimberlyt’s dedication to leadership and service began early in her academic career. She graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) in 2018. During her time at NEIU, Kimberlyt co-founded Latinas in Power, a student organization that was committed to promoting academic excellence, community service, and supporting Latinos and allies in their personal and professional growth. Her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion continues to drive her efforts, as she actively works to foster inclusive environments both within her organization and in the broader corporate community.
Kimberlyt’s work continues to make a significant impact in advancing leadership opportunities for Latinos and underrepresented groups, championing diversity and creating meaningful change in the corporate world.
