Justo Arellano is a Suite Sales Manager for the Chicago Bears whose path to the sports industry was anything but traditional.

Raised between the Northwest suburbs of Chicago and a small border town in Texas, he developed an early understanding of community, access, and leadership. At 18, he became one of the youngest District Representatives for a former U.S. Congressman in IL, overseeing constituent engagement, managing casework, and executing events that required coordination across federal and local stakeholders.

He later led large-scale field operations as a State Senate Campaign Field Director across Lake and Cook County, building data-driven outreach strategies and forming partnerships with civic and community organizations. Returning to his hometown of Waukegan, he continued serving immigrant communities through the Hispanic American Community and Education Services (HACES), managing immigration casework for families from around the world while organizing fundraisers, educational workshops, and strengthening corporate and community relationships.

Seeking to bridge his passion for service with the corporate world, Justo joined the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE), a national nonprofit focused on advancing diverse leadership. There, he executed strategic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives for major corporations, partnering with brands such as Nike, Under Armour, the NBA, MLB, and the NFL to support executive hiring pipelines and long-term talent development strategies.

A defining moment came through HACE’s partnership with the NFL at the HACE United: The 2023 Executive Leadership Launch at Super Bowl LVII in Arizona, convening corporate leaders and NFL Executives. That experience solidified his goal of building a career in the league.

Today, Justo partners with Chicagoland executives to leverage Suite Ownership with the Chicago Bears as a year-round business development strategy. Becoming a Bears Premier Member helps companies expand their network, acquire and deepen relationships, and create memorable experiences with their people.

Outside of a beautiful Sunday afternoon at the colonnades – Justo enjoys golfing, fishing, and taking road trips down south.
