Julio Reyes was born in Spanish Harlem to Puerto Rican parents and raised in the Soundview/Castle Hill section of The Bronx. A father of four, he graduated from Borough of Manhattan Community College and Lehman College with degrees in business administration and fFinance. Has been in the financial industry for over 17 years, primarily focusing on branch leadership and business development.
Currently a branch manager and culture champion at Citizens Bank in the Pelham Bay section of The Bronx, he manages a team of 12 employees, with over 2,700 clients, while also leading volunteerism, financial literacy, and community development efforts in The Bronx/Westchester County markets.
Julio currently sits on four boards as a general member (BronxWorks, Hostos Community College, Ryer Ave HDFC, and I was 16 Yesterday). He has FINRA series SIE, 6, & 7 licenses. He is also a licensed life insurance agent in the state of N.Y. and a notary public, and has been trained in both consumer and commercial credit.
