Jimmy Aguilar is an Assistant Principal in East Palo Alto, CA with over 10 years of experience in public education. Jimmy began his journey in education as a classroom teacher, where he quickly distinguished himself as a leader in both instruction and student engagement. He firmly believes that all students can thrive when schools create supportive, high-expectation environments that truly honor every learner’s strengths and potential. When not at his school site, Jimmy loves spending quality time with his wife and one-year-old daughter, cherishing the moments that fuel his passion for education even further
