Jennifer Sanchez is a big believer that women can have it all. Early on in her life, she recognized the need to empower and provide a supportive environment for women. She believes that if you can help women in all areas of their lives, they will be most effective both at work and at home. Jennifer has researched and created training and coaching programs, podcasts, workshops, support groups, and motivational talks not only to help women transform their lives but enhance their existing ones.
Jennifer is a contributing author for Today’s Inspired Latina, Volume 4. Before launching WISE, she worked in the not-for-profit world providing financial education, academic advising, and career coaching to thousands of individuals throughout the Chicagoland area looking to change their lives.
She obtained a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago and learned coaching techniques from Neighbor Works Training Institute. Jennifer has received support group training from Focus Ministries to help women who are in abusive relationships.
Jennifer resides in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with her husband, three daughters, and Doberman Pinscher named “Ruby.” You can find her liver every Monday morning at 7:15 a.m.on her business Facebook page and youtube channel @womensselfdevelopment for her weekly show called WISE Morning Coffee Chats.
