A native of Ecuador who has lived in Chicago most of her life, she has a decade of experience in healthcare. She serves as director of innovation and strategy execution for Walgreens Health. She benefited from HACE conferences because she took an active role and prioritized networking and broadening her vision. She also used the experience to share her work leading an ERG and providing healthcare resources to underserved Latino communities in Chicago.

With every step of her career, she counted on the support of her parents and her brothers and found similar support with HACE and considered it the premier professional organization focusing on Latino leaders. She looks forward to serving as an example and model to younger Latino generations to reach their highest potential.
