Fernando DeLeon’s experiences growing up in a border city in Mexico and living in Brazil and the U.S. have shaped his eagerness to build bridges across cultures and opportunities for people to reach their potential.
After roles in product development at Google and as a Management Consultant at Accenture, Fernando is now making an impact as a social entrepreneur.
The organization he co-founded – Innovare – Social Innovation Partners – is a data and strategy ed-tech company that supports education and nonprofit leaders to impact students and communities in the U.S. and Latin America.
Fernando holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is an alumnus of Education Pioneers, the StartEd & NYU Steinhardt EdTech Accelerator, and 1871 and IHCC’s Latinx Tech Incubator. He has been featured in Forbes for his journey as a product leader.
