Estefania Roa is a resilient woman who has embraced her past challenges to create a brighter future. Born in Mexico, she faced early separation from her mother and was raised by her grandparents. Unbeknownst to them, Estefania suffered abuse as a child and experienced feelings of rejection, especially with her father absent until she was 12. These early experiences shaped her life, leaving her with a sense of solitude and abandonment, yet Estefania never let these challenges define her.

Instead, she chose to focus on building a better tomorrow. At just 15, she became a single mother and quickly developed an entrepreneurial spirit to support herself. What began out of necessity—selling products—revealed her natural talent for commerce and business. This spark of ambition eventually led her to explore further opportunities for growth, and she took each step with unwavering determination.

Today, Estefania stands as a Life Coach and the owner and CEO of LB Hall, a thriving company based in Chicago. Over the course of ten years, she led LB Hall to remarkable success, overcoming the challenges of a male-dominated industry. Alongside her business ventures, she founded the HOLA HAPPY Foundation, which is dedicated to providing educational resources and support to young single mothers pursuing their career aspirations.

Estefania’s journey has been one of self-discovery and personal development. She has cultivated emotional intelligence, honed decision-making skills, and most importantly, embraced forgiveness as a transformative force in her life. With her husband and three children by her side, she finds fulfillment in her work and approaches it with focus, self-motivation, and practicality. In moments when she felt shattered, she attributes her restoration and solutions to the unwavering love of God. He remains her steadfast partner and source of trust, enabling her to overcome any obstacle that comes her way.

Words of Wisdom

“I was born in pain, raised in silence, and shaped by rejection—but I chose to become the voice, the healer, the leader my bloodline never knew.”
