Daniela (Dani) Herrera is a diversity and inclusion professional with a strong background in talent operations, talent acquisition, and people management. He is passionate about building cultures that attract and retain diverse talent, strategies that foster inclusivity and belonging; processes that minimize biases, and systems that elevate historically excluded voices and talent.

Originally from Buenos Aires and now living in New York, Daniela is the director of Recruitment Operations and ED&I at R/GA; a do-chair at R/GA’s Latine Heritage ERG, and a founding member of two different volunteer-led diversity and inclusion organizations: Allies in Recruiting and The Talent Alliance. 

Her lens on life, lived experiences, professional background, continuous education journey, leadership skills, thought leadership, and multicultural experience helps Dani identify where systems are broken and where intentional inclusion can take place to make an organization and individuals thrive. 

Dani has had the pleasure to speak at national and global DEIB-related engagements and her expertise has been featured in National and International press. She has also had the honor to be named one of Mogul’s Top 100 DEI Leaders in 2021.
