Colleen Carrillo is a Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner at HERE Technologies, where she plays a pivotal role in advising Customer, Go-To-Market, Legal, and Finance teams on strategic hiring decisions across the U.S. and LATAM. With a strong foundation in the startup space, she has successfully contributed to growing and scaling teams from Seed through Series B funding rounds. Her expertise extends beyond recruitment, as she is deeply committed to creating opportunities for diverse talent by challenging industry norms, ensuring that companies build teams that reflect the world around them.

Beyond her professional career, Colleen is dedicated to giving back to her community through fundraising and volunteer service. Her leadership has extended to serving on the boards of impactful organizations, including the Junior League of Chicago, the Auxiliary Board of the National Museum of Mexican Art, and the Gala Board for PCC Community Wellness Centers. Her passion for fostering meaningful connections has also led her to be actively involved in Latinas in Tech. Currently, she serves as the Director of Membership for the Chicago chapter of Young Catholic Professionals, further demonstrating her commitment to faith, mentorship, and service.

Proudly of Mexican and Irish descent, Colleen hails from the Southside of Chicago and carries with her the hardworking spirit of her grandparents—farm and steel workers who laid the foundation for her strong work ethic and family values. What makes this recognition even more special is that she has been nominated by her little cousin, who not only sees her as a mentor but also as an inspiration and biggest supporter.
