Christiaan Rodriguez leads strategic alliances nationally for ADP’s middle market private equity practice. His team services deals, consults, and provides insight to private equity firms and portfolio companies. He builds partnerships with consultants and service providers and also serves as the vice president of Adelante, ADP’s Hispanic/Latinx business resource group in Chicago.
From a young age, Rodriguez’s father Jose Maria, who was born in Chicago, instilled the importance of honesty, integrity, hard work, faith, and sacrifice. His mother, Eugenia, who was born in Ecuador and moved to Chicago at a young age, taught him how important it is to believe in yourself and have a positive outlook.

He graduated with two bachelor’s degrees, one in finance and the other in accountancy, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He started his career at Deloitte, where he was a consultant helping companies solve business issues. He is a CPA and also holds a real estate broker’s license. He worked as manager in Ernst & Young’s strategy and transactions practice in Chicago and was a finance associate and commercial broker at Cresa, a commercial real estate advisory firm.
Rodriguez has served as a board director for the Association of Latino Professional for America Chicago since 2020. He led the events committee in 2021 and is co-leading the strategic partnerships committee in 2022. He is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth Chicago. Through this work he hopes to make financial industry careers more accessible to young Latinos.
Away from work he loves to spend time with family, travel, and explore new restaurants. He and his wife have a passion for real estate – exploring it, researching it, watching shows on HGTV, and investing.
