Chicago, IL- (HINA)- Wynndalco Enterprises, LLC announces that Atlas Engineering Group, Ltd. (ATLAS) has acquired their Engineering Division effective immediately. As part of the acquisition, ATLAS will be assuming all contracts and assets of the Engineering Division of Wynndalco Enterprises, LLC.

ATLAS will retain all key personnel assigned to current engineering projects. Wynndalco Enterprises, LLC is currently advising ATLAS to appraise their staff of the current status of each project and to ensure a smooth transition of the services being provided. ATLAS has also assumed the downtown Chicago office and will now have offices to serve all its clients in Mokena, Chicago and Northbrook, Illinois, as well as other states where Wynndalco Enterprises Engineering Division has a footprint.
