Arabel Alva Rosales is an entrepreneur who has been described in Chicago Magazine as a “Renaissance Woman” because of her ability to discuss concerns on Wall Street, global issues and what is happening in our communities. She is president and CEO of AAR Tech, a management and technology firm in business for more than 17 years.
She is vice chairman of the CTA board of directors and serves on other boards, including the IHCC. Because of her daughter, it was important to Rosales to create Pivoting in Heels, a digital nonprofit dedicated to empowering women. She holds a doctorate in law from DePaul College of Law.
