Amanda Lopez is an accomplished Senior DEI Advisor at Adobe, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Throughout her extensive career, she has demonstrated a consistent commitment to building equitable systems and fostering inclusive workplaces. 

With a deep passion for social justice, she is also currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Legal Studies at Cornell University. This builds upon her previous academic achievements, which include a Master’s in Education focused on Social Justice and Equity in Education, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Cruz.

She supports Parents Helping Parents, a non-profit organization that provides critical resources to families of children with disabilities.
