Alfredo Mendez is the vice president of experience and inclusion at Robert Half. In this role, Mendez sets strategies and programs that support a culture of growth and inclusion, and that supports a positive experience for our 15,000 global employees.

Prior to joining Robert Half, Mendez was the vice president of global talent at AECOM, where he led the company’s talent, experience and DEI efforts for its 87,000 employees globally. He has held previous leadership roles at Raytheon, Levi Strauss & Co, and Warner Bros. Entertainment, and has consulted with Fortune 100 companies during his time at KPMG and Accenture. He is fluent in Spanish and French and has lived and worked in 20 countries around the world.

He is actively involved with the Association for Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) Los Angeles chapter and the board of the Hispanic Scholarship Fund and serves as a mentor for Robert Half’s Hispanic/Latinx employee network group. Mendez serves on the advisory board for HR.com and on the DEI and Employee Engagement advisory councils for the Institute for Corporate Productivity (I4CP). He is also an advisory board member for the National Hispanic Corporate Council’s Latino DEI Collective.

Mendez holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. In his free time, you’ll find him on a SoulCycle bike sweating to Beyonce or ticking another country off his travel bucket list.
