As one of five children of Honduran immigrant parents, Alexandra Turcios was instilled with a strong work ethic and a love of culture from a young age.
A Fulbright scholar to Indonesia, and a world traveler who has traveled to 25 countries, she was named to the 40 Under 40 Latinos in Chicago list and was named to HACE’s 40 Under 40 list.
She is a multi-disciplinary leader with a track record of success, she is currently a Solutions Consultant at Adobe and serves as the chairwoman of the Chicago Auxiliary Board for the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement, HACE. She also was co-marketing chair for HACE’s Young Professionals Board.
Presently, she works with state and local governments to drive adoption of e-signature software and modernize document processes with Adobe Acrobat Sign and the broader Doc Cloud suite of tools including Acrobat, native integrations, and out of the box plug-ins with the world’s most reliable platforms (AWS+Azure, MFST suite, Workday, etc).
Previously she was a senior management consulting and strategy analyst for Accenture and served as Chapter Lead for the local Midwest chapter for the Hispanic American Employee Resource Group and Management Consulting and Strategy Senior analyst.
She has won numerous awards and accolades in the diversity, equity, and inclusion spaces and has helped shape the outcome of her company ERGs, and has created spaces for a dialogue on important social issues.
In addition to workplace leadership, she is a leader in the community. As Chairwoman of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement’s Chicago Auxiliary Board, she is a champion of creating a just, fair, and equitable world for minorities and people of color.
Currently, she is pursuing her MBA in strategic innovation and entrepreneurship and digital marketing at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Global Studies, Summa Cum Laude.
