Christiamilda Correa is an award-winning community leader, event marketer, and entertainment professional who is passionate about improving racial equity social and economic mobility for all. She is the inaugural president of NYU Latinx Alumni Network and has been instrumental in the group’s success, including being named two-time recipient of the NYU Alumni Association Innovation of the Year Award. Christin Eve Cato, an award-winning playwright, dramaturge, poet, educator, lyricist, songwriter, and performing artist, comes from the vibrant streets of the Bronx, bringing with her an artistic narrative steeped in the rich tapestry of her Puerto Rican and Jamaican roots. Armed with a master’s degree in playwriting from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from Fordham University, Cato’s is able to create universal stories grounded in advocacy for human rights and social justice.
