Realty of America (ROA), co-founded by Eddie Garcia and Mark Dimas, is preparing to celebrate its first anniversary during NAHREP San Diego—the same conference where the company launched just a year ago.

In less than twelve months, the Chicago-based brokerage has emerged as one of the fastest-growing real estate firms in the nation. ROA has onboarded more than 2,300 agents, surpassed 7,000 transactions, and reached $2.5 billion in sales volume. The company has also distributed nearly $3 million in revenue share back to its agents.

Garcia, ROA’s CEO, is no stranger to record-setting growth. In 2021, he was recognized by Negocios Now as part of the Latino 40 under 40 Class of 2021 and received the special “Business Under 40” Award. At that time, his former company, Realty of Chicago, had already surpassed $400 million in sales.

He credits ROA’s rapid success to its agent-first model, which emphasizes technology, ownership, and long-term wealth-building opportunities. “We’ve achieved record-breaking growth while taking zero investor capital and remaining profitable in our very first year,” he said.

For co-founder and president Mark Dimas, the connection with NAHREP has been central to the company’s trajectory. “NAHREP isn’t just a conference, it’s where my business transformed and my future was rewritten,” he said.

Looking ahead, ROA plans to expand into new markets, launch a proprietary real estate portal and mobile app, and introduce a mentorship program to cultivate the next generation of top producers.

Headquartered in Chicago, ROA now operates in 18 states and shows no sign of slowing down.
