Maria de J. Prado co-founded her company when she was only 26. Today the firm is the largest Hispanic-woman-owned company in Illinois.
As managing partner, Prado most enjoys the opportunity to innovate. She believes a leader is a person who follows her passion, and her passion is that people discover fulfillment in their lives. She is responsible for the firm’s strategic planning, marketing and business development, and general oversight of resources, people and finances.
In 2015 the firm established an international leadership program, based on the ideas of Werner Erhard and Michael Jensen, to help people develop their talents.
