Evans Food CEO Jose Luis Prado and Peoples Gas to receive Corporate Excellence Award

 CEO of Evans Food, Jose Luis Prado, and Peoples Gas will receive the Corporate Excellence Award during the Negocios Now Gala Event that will be held this Friday, July 13 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago featuring BMO Harris Bank as the Presenting sponsor.

 Since 2016, Jose Luis Prado has been Chairman and CEO of Evans Foods Group. Evans is headquartered in Chicago and is the world leader of pork rind snacks and foods. The company is owned by Wind Point Partners, where Prado is a co-investor.

 Prado, who will receive “Individual Corporate Excellence Award”,  is also a former President of Quaker Oats North America, a $2.7 Billion division of PepsiCo, Inc

 Peoples Gas is a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group (NYSE: WEC) and is a regulated natural gas delivery company serving approximately 830,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers in the city of Chicago.

Peoples Gas will receive “Insitutional Corporate Excellence Award”.

 Over 300 people have confirmed their presence at the Negocios Now Who’s Who in Hispanic Chicago Business Gala that recognizes Hispanic leadership in the Chicago metropolitan area.

 Along with BMO Harris Bank as Presenting Sponsor, ComEd and Wintrust (Gold), as well as Remy Martin and United Airlines (Silver), this year’s gala at Hyatt Regency Chicago on July 13 promises to be another special evening presented by Negocios Now.

 This year marks the 5th anniversary of Who’s Who in Hispanic Chicago, a unique initiative in the city that recognizes Hispanic leadership in different categories, including Business, Corporate, Law, Health Care,  Media & Marketing, and Nonprofits. This year, Negocios Now will have two special sections: Construction & Design and Real Estate.
